Ketimus Recipe















Materials: 
500g sampeu 
150g of brown sugar 
1/2 kalapa ngora parut 
2 TBSP sugar sasendok uyah 
enough banana leaves 

Step: 
1. Peel the cassava 
2. wash the cassava with clean water 
3. Parut sampeu nepi ka halus 
4. slice the brown sugar 
5. mix grated cassava, grated coconut, brown sugar, salt and sugar 
6. stir until smooth to form a mixture
7. take a clean banana leaf 
8. add 2 table spoons of the mixture to the banana leaf 
9. Wrap the mixture in banana leaf 
10. potong Tungtung luhur jeung tungtung handap daun cau 
11. Put katimus into the steamer pan 
12. Cook for 20 minutes over high heat cooked katimus 
13. Lift the well cooked katimus 
14. Serve the katimus
